Sassa Grant / Post office bad service

I have been trying to get my child grant account unblock, but it has been back and forth with Sassa and Post office, grant is still paid into the profile but I have not been able to get a new card to draw the money.

For some reason I had a ********** activity on the profile and they think it is me LOL really when I am the account holder..

Not sure how to go about all this..

Hopefully I will be assisted after this
