SASSA GRANT PAYMENT

I am a pensioner and a dependent on SASSA for a income. Since middle April 2025 I were unable to use my SASSA gold card for food or other payments or purchases. Also I have not received any payments beginning May and June 2025 as I could not access my account. Even at Bank's ATM it saids "accout stopped" I have approaced SASSA agents at Shoprite, Parow for assistance but without any success or info from them what the problem is. I was i formed by them to contact SASSA head office on ***. I have done so several times but the phone stay unanswered after ringing for 10 - 11 minutes. Is there any body out there to assist please.
