Sassa Germiston chaos

<p>The Sassa staff at Germiston office have no control over their queues. You ask politely where you need to go and all they say is sit in the queue. These queues have no idea who is first, next or last. People telling you you're jumping the queue when that person came in after you. When looking for a manager to ask if they can please sort the queues the staff themselves start complaining that we must not fight with them and just sit in the queue. As a government institute its very unproffesional and also frustrating and not just to me but others waiting in the queue as well because everyone starts fighting with eachother. They need to maintain their professionalism and make sure every single person knows where to go and where they are suppose to be.</p>
