Sassa *****

Ive got a complaint regarding SASSA *****. As i app**** for Sassa in Jan 2019, i was told to withdraw my 1st Sassa payment on 1Feb, when i wanted to withdraw, the message read "DO NOT HONOUR", i thought it was to quick for withdraw, so on 1March again the same happend. I went to Sassa office in Pretoria and to my surprise i was told the card that was issued to me was a *****ulant card. They advised me to lodge a Sassa ***** Application, whitch i did. After 3 months i phoned the ***** dept. And was told they never received the ***** application and again i lodged another claim on 3July. After several phone calls to the ***** dept all reply i get is " STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY FROM POSTBANK" then they also advised me to phone Postbank in Bloemfontein, after several calls to this dept there was no reply. This is now dragging on since March. It is very frustrating because this is my only income and depend on it. Could you pleasr adsist me regarding this matter as soon as possible.
