SASSA DRAGGING ME BACK AND FORTH NOT WANTING TO PAY ME MY R350 SRD GRANT

Greetings to the reader(s)... So here's how my story goes, i app**** for the sassa R350 grant around April 2022

My applications then went through and i got approved dor May June and July . On the 22nd 23rd and 24th of September, when the payments were beinh issued.

So i lost my phone along with the sim card i was using for the applications, then i was able to make a sim swap sometime around October.. I later found out that the people who chose Absa Cashsend option on the banking details which was the one i chose had been sent Sms's for the voucher pins that are used to collect the cash send's and i never recieved any due to not having a sim card i never got the message... So i went to SASSA i got help and they only told me that they can't do anything about sending me the sms or renew it and give me another one apparently they only deal with applications only. So then they suggested that i go to Absa since they are the senders of the sms's... I then went to Absa and they explained to me how they can see 3 of the sms's that were sent to the number linked to my ID but it has passed the number of their 30 days holding period. So they told me that i am supposed to go back again to SASSA and tell them that i went to Absa and they are telling me that SASSA has to be the only people that can either give me a new pin or sms or help me somehow with my application ... I got approved from August till November and im also conerned on how im going to recieve any of the months I went again to Vodacom helping they would help somehow with retrieving my old messages or maybe checking my old messages for me. So they mentioned they couldn't check messages which is against their POPI ACT but they can only do a call bearing for me which is for retrieving old messages that were on hold or those that just couldn't get through till to date i didnt get anything...

I just want help or to know what to do or say from here.. I need my money ... Because im being dragged back and forth and its costing me money that i dont have
