SASSA does not care about pensioners at all!

My parent's SASSA card were both cloned at the same time. The ******** has emptied their accounts for two months now. We reported it to the SASSA office in Vereeniging, but their pension still disappeared for the next two months. Now they are not committing to refund the ****** money. In fact, they said it could take years to be investigated!!! In the meantime, they have issued them with new cards, but no moneys has been placed on them. It is now four months that these 98 year olds are left without their pensions!!!! *****line number does not get answered and the headoffice tel number only plays broken music when you call them. What are these people doing??
