SASSA DECLINES ME MY R350

I am very dissapointed in our Departments, where by I'm unemployed for 5 years now, and have app**** for R350 sassa grants, the past 6 months I have been declined to recieve my money of which I am in need of it... I do not understand their reasoning for not giving me what's due to me
