Sassa dates not confirmed

Hi, been three months now since i have been waiting for Sassa to give me the dates of payment for both August snd September, i check on a daily basis but still no dates have been approved i registered my bank details where i wish those funds to be deposited, i am so disapointed with the service i am getting as always, i dont know how are we expecred to vote when the government fails to correct just simple matter like this
