SASSA Contact Numbers - Are they Valid?

Do any of the SASSA numbers in CT work?????????? I have been trying for days now to reach their offices all over CT and the phone either rings with no answer, or it cuts off after 2 rings. The Customer Service line has voice prompts, after selecting your language preference, it rings and then goes completely dead. My mum was also a victim of SASSA *****. Has not received her pension in 3mnths and I am merely trying to understand what it is that she is required to do on order to get a new card and her last 3mnths of payment. I do not want to go to their offices only to find out that we need to go back another day. SASSA please can you provide me with your correct contact details. Your website doesn't even provide an email address or correct contact number. How do you provide a service when you cant even get the most important information and details correct? Reading all the poor reviews, I would have expected by now that SASSA would their SOP's and provide a more efficient service to their elders.
