Sassa complaint

My mother app**** for her pension in December 2025 after turning 60 years old.She has not gotten any pension and it's now May and have been going there since February.Only now in end of April do they say her papers were not sent through and her application failed.This happened in Ga-Rankuwa and the supervisor was non-chalant as she expressed her frustration. How can we get help?
