SASSA card blocked

Last week Friday I tried to access my children's Sassa Grant only to find that the grant money has been blocked saying I accessed the Sassa Grant in another country,I am not denying that, during level 5 lockdown,I was stuck in Lesotho, could not access the grant money from South Africa, surely we have a system in South Africa that can verify whether or not I'm South African,now I don't have anything to feed my kids with,the people from Sassa said they are waiting on headoffice while my children starve.may I please get assistance.
