Absolutely the worst place to go for any help with any sassa related queries. Elderly people are made to queue in the rain. The guards are the most unfriendly, laziest, pathetic group of people I have ever come across. Rude to elderly people and generally just a waste of oxygen. I feel terrible for the people that need help at these types of government offices.
