SASSA bad service

I went to Lucau SASSA today to register my younger brothers n i feel like i was bul****. There is an employee by the name of Simson who made fun of me in front of everyone n people laughed at me. I felt soo stupid and angry because i don't understand why did he have to embarrass me in front of other people just because am asking him a question😭😭😭😭😭😭 I am very angry n heart broken n i demand an apology from him. I don't understand why there are still old people in such departments, why can't they employ the youth people who are hungry for work who will treat us well. I don't wanna get deep in to what they are doing starting from arriving late around 8 while their board is written they work from 07:30. The minister of SASSA must intervine we are tired of being treated like we are kids. All they do is making personal calls during working hours. I need him to apologise. This is my number ***
