SASSA BAD SERVICE

Firstly , the one star is actually a MINUS 10 stars I have been trying for three weeks to help my mum have her pension grant which was seemingly reversed and I'm led to believe and was stated that the grant monies could remain I'm a persons account for at least three month However on the second week it was reversed,Sadly my mum has suffered without any money for the whole Christmas period. Have made tons of calls with about seven mails but no response the the call centre Today I call at 11am and a get a message , we only open between 7am to 16h30 and call ends
