sassa are ******* & ***********

hi my name is Bradley i collect srd R350 grant. I used to go every 2 months to the post office coz it is costly to go every month bcoz of taxi fares since February 2022 i never get paid so when i went at the end of March for 2 months coz both months was approved & field each time post office is either offline or not enough funds .... then it was not paying anymore & must reapply so I did apply in May.... every time check status may pending & then June comes up approved & payday 22nd. I went today 23rd to shoprite in durban it was declined for the last 2 weeks I can't get through to sassa fir answers coz in May I as told to go to the site & activate the virtual card so I can be paid at any of the stores like checkers/shoprite/ boxer etc but now my point is the call center agent said do that and activate virtual card and all the other months not paid will all be at the stores so now thus sassa people give us the runaround story and we must just waste taxi fare & then beg to get back home these people at sassa is just flipping useless & don't do their jobs properly so we must suffer sassa please stop *****ing the funds the government gave us another thing is how can May be pending & June approved..... you'll are totally f....Ed up
