SASSA and Government toying with people at the time of need

I am deeply disturbed by being toyed with in our time of need as I am one of the people who are still gravely affected by the Covid19 pandemic, however after the government / presidency advised us we would receive the R350 relief, I never received it with having app**** in all ways that were advised. No one even took time to advise if I had been rejected and why if so, this is after telephonicaly I was advised I meet the criteria set. This is terrible administration and cannot be justified in any way.
