SASSA Alexandra local office consultant bad service

the experience that my daughter received from SASSA local offices here in Alexandra town ship.is just a huge mess . in october 2020 she went and register her second child at SASSA local offices here in Alexandra as we reside here in Alexandra .everything went well will the registration of her second child . in November 2020 she didn't receive children's grant. she then went to the local offices to query about the matter was told she must wait till the following month. since then she's sent home with wait for next month .today it was worse as she went back the consultant by the name of Miss Elektra just told her in her face did she see what written on the notice board outside today we deal with issues concerning registering elders . her answer was yes but I'm here to query about this matter which has been going on for months. the lady had the nerve to tell her its all well in the system but there is nothing i can do about it. why is our government hiring people with less knowledge and inhuman. why do they have to take such jobs that requires patients and finding out what could have been the problem. she could have escalated the matter to the SASSA head office email the query try to find out what's the problem . people like Elektra needs to leave the local office and get people who know their jobs
