Sassa 350 declined

Sassa declined my 350 grant and when lm trying to appeal after entering the pin and press verify pin it's saying failed failed l have tried several times it's not working and also the reason for declining is source of income identified yet lm not working a get less than r500 per month transfered into my account l don't get it every month yet l need it for my medication
