<p>My cousin is receiving a monthly sassa payment through one of the pay points, the problem is he doesn't receive the full amount. There are prepaid airtime and electricity for the value of R300 being deducted from his payment that he didn't agree or sign for.</p> <p>Please assist</p> <p>Kind regards </p> <p> </p>
