SA GOVERNMENT SERVICES STINKS!

Can government services get any worse than this? My mom has been to sassa 3 times to apply for old age pension , it gets really full so she goes there 2am in the morning just to not get helped, 3 times. She keeps getting a new date and still nothing. I've contacted SASSA 29/03/2021, I got an email saying the matter has been escalated, but still no concrete feedback or phonecall and the number in the email does not even work. This is appalling!
