Rude Official not wanting to do her job

I went to the SASSA offices in Jagersfontein, i did not get help and it was for the second time that i had been there without getting assistance, Its either the officials are not at work or they just change their minds about performing certain duties and tell people to go home. I then went to ask this other official whose name i did not get, she is new in town. She was so rude towards me telling me that 'La tena you people don’t listen" meaning the public is irritating her they do not listen. I feel that she was wrong as i am a student and i can not be missing school every time because of them only to post pone when they want to. I believe that i am not the first person she has spoken like this with. Public servants if you do not want to serve us then please do not apply for jobs that you know you do not want. This thing of people just working to earn money needs to come to an end, if you are not passionate about your job then please move over so that those who actually want to do this job may do so
