Rude consultant

There is a guy at sassa in port shepstone who was wearing glasses he is the first one who came in to arrange the queue i was the 2nd in the queue and i explained that there are other 2 ladies who were here and they went to fetch proofs of residence his manner of approach was disgusting the way i see it he is clueless about Batho pele even the way he was addressing the elderly people showed nothing but disrespect he was very rude.i could not get his name but he was wearing a blue jersey please teach him some Manners or advice him to change his attitude.
