Rude and don't want to work

Good afternoon Im with another lady here at Sassa Jn Eldorado park we waiting since 7 this morning we still waiting and its 13:39 they telling us if we dont want to wait we can leave and they walking up and down and talking to another they don't care that we waiting u,when we ask questions they wanna be rude and say we must sit down I mean im with this Lady and she diabetic and she has high blood she needs to eat and drink her medication....when Its 12 the say the systems are slow mxm its very Frustrating
