Rude

<p>Yesterday I was at sassa sebokeng with my mom to prepare for foster care grant for my sister's kids cos she passed last month. We were assisted by Maria who was very rude to us she told my mother to go make an affidavit and to make sure that she's back by 15:00 otherwise she won't be able to assist her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lastly we waited close to an hour for the superviser MR Mnguni to check and give a receipt to go to the other queue but he told us that the computer closes at 16:00 so he can't assist my mom. That it was only 15:00 when we got to him.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think that they don't consider other people's feeling , plus old people queue from 6:00 in the morning and only to be sent back at 16:00.
