****** OF PENSION

Good Day, <br> My name is Fatima Khatib & on the 12th November 2015 was my pay date for my SASSA December month pension draw. I was short paid R300.00 and when I called the number on the card, I was informed that I had bought electricity and airtime for meter and cell numbers unknown to me. I asked to be put through to their ***** dep & there I was informed that they could not assist me & that I should call SASSA directly. I the called the SASSA hotline and they said that monies have already been used from my next pay run which we only received in January 2016. the amount they said which was still to be deducted was already R150. I immediately blocked my card but to my surprise when I drew in January it was again a R300. I laid a ******** case with SAPS & I managed to give them the meter and cell numbers of the perpetrators but they warned me that getting my money back in such a case was almost impossible. Ive been to the SASSA pay points & lodged complaints there also & to my surprise there were 100's of people with the same complaint as I <br> , some poor pensioners leaving with only 25c the way they were ******. Im so unhappy & heartbroken that nobody is protecting us. PLEASE HELP ME!
