If there was a below zero rating, that is what I would rate 0 in general for SASSA - found Roodepoort ****** and unwilling to help. Now not sure if I even want to waste my time with Krugersdorp.

DISGUSTING in all aspects, they should all be fired as they have no respect, customer service, manners, you don't even get greeted and if you don't understand their language they talk **** to each other about you and refuse to speak your language.

When I tried to appy for disability I knew from the onset they weren't going to help me. They ignored me completely when I greeted them, supposedly looked at my forms, spoke amongst themselves but I could sense that because if the colour of my skin, they weren't interested. I was ignored like a stop street - even the supposed Dr who looked at my medical reports didn't greet me, didn't ask 1 question - in fact he just sat there, glanced at one page, gave me my medical reports back and motioned me to the door - not 1 word at all!!!

Wonder if they realize that if it weren't for taxpayers' money, they would be unemployed!!!

Don't employ people who have no people skills and who are blatantly ****** and then they are the people of this country who always receive handouts from the people that they refuse to help. This is why this country has gone down the tubes.
