Post office lady accepts bribe to skip queue

So I went with my daughter to mitchells plain promenades post office to collect her R350 srd money and what a horrible experience.

We've waited so long to be assisted and when eventually she was assisted, she got attitude from not only the lady that let's you in, but also from the lady at the counter. Now I don't understand it though cause there's this guy (a local guy who goes by 'Baby' ) in our area where we live, who helps people at the cost of R50. Now he doesn't work there, but he knows this African lady that works there and whomever they help to skip the queue gets paid R50.

So, if I want to skip the queue, I go to him, then I've got to pay him R50 and the lady at the counter inside the post office whose gonna help me an additional R50.

So because we stood in an extremely long queue for a hours, only to get treated ****.

Everyone should be treated fairly and this is absolutely unacceptable that we've gotta stand long and this women allows queues to be skipped at a cost.

Disgusting how she just accepts payment like that.
