Poorest of the services in most government sectors

I went to sassa on the 2nd of September waited the whole day to be helped from 7:30 to 16:00 with no help. They gave us small stamped papers to return tomorrow and that we will be the first priority. I came in today first thing in the morning they asked for the documents which I had to go print out and come back. Now they say they cannot help me as the person who was helping me has left
