Poorest ill service ever

Sassa Thokoza center, I received the poorest service ever I have been to it 3 times just for a review but always came back wth no help. They slow and always give out wrong information to the people. I went for a review nd told me I need to hv my kid there,I left nd came wth my child mind u I won't up early nd arrive there at 4 cause ofbthe queue only to be returned back again cause of they're said offline system.i went again waking up early nd I have realized they only take 40 people nd by 12 they stall mind u they supposed to close at 4 o'clock but after 12 they stall nd come making excuses then say they no longer taking ppl like wat is that The government should do better these people dont like their jobs and the system if really is faulty fix it.pls review Sassa thokoza cuz people are being played and our money is wasted going back nd fort wth them
