Poor treatment by a Security Guy from kwathema Sassa

Hi , my mother went to apply for the grant I believe when you reach 70th you can apply for the small addition money towards the one you already have, she was treated bad by a security Guy judging him that she don't qualify by the way she dressed , worse part we are treated by foreigners in our country depriving our rights. She did register but never got the opportunity to see the Sassa agents. My mother is so dissapointed that she didn't even get to talk with the Sassa agents. Kwathema Sassa they need to change the security system some people were given the authority to go through the ones that came after my mother.Where is Ubuntu ? Disrespecting old people like this!
