Poor Service SASSA

I visited the SASSA offices in Orlando West and was not pleased with the service. A few minutes before opening time we were told the line would be cut and that they would be able to assist only 20 clients. This made no sense because they had not even started working, and yet and they somehow knew they would only be able to help just 20 people... The queue had around 100 people, most with babies on their backs. Please fix this ASAP
