Poor service from Sassa

I am no longer working and I went to reapply for children's sassa grant at Orange Farm offices. When I got there found I am under investigation. I was told what documents to bring for my case to be worked on. Which I did. But it's now 7 weeks and they failing to help me. They told me they only do investigations on Fridays. Today is Friday and I still went there but they now telling me I must come next week Wednesday. They always have different stories and some of them say it's a lot of work to do an investigation cases. Though some don't say anything but it's clear they not willing to assist me. I lost my job in 2018 and I did go to Orange Farm offices they failed me I even gave up. Even in 2019 and 2020 I even tried to go to other branches but was told I have to go where I started. But where I started they failing me. Can Hello Peter please assist cause I know for a fact I won't be attended to even on Wednesday.
