Poor service, disregard of the poor citizens of the country

My name is Mirriet Montwedi, reason for this email is I'm appalled by the behavior sassa is giving to us poor citizens of this country regarding the social relief grant, it's socially mandated to the citizens of this country not for the fun of it but for the basic need of the people regarding this, this people sometimes, or rather actually when they feel like it they'll let you have the R350 the other times they'll tell of the amount of money the comes into ur account meanwhile the only money you get, it's the very same amount of R350 you get from them, the bank statements can attest to that, what I would like to know is what happens to those R350 we not getting, where do they go, I'm highly disappointed truly Regards Mirriet Montwedi
