Poor service delivery of Athlone sassa and infringement of gafsa Garson disability rights and human rights and *******ion of blatantly *****ing gafsa Garson of 3 months of back pay of her disability grant

Gafsa Garson a disabled mother with a rare disease finds sassa *********** and not disability focus. Athlone sassa send me up and down for documents and then told me that my July application has expired. Their poor service delivery is disgraceful. And they don't apply the bathopele principles . How was I supposed to know there is a rule that your sassa application expires in 3 months. Sassa is blatently infringing my disability rights to get my disability grant. Sassa is also busy with *******ion as I must see a Dr again and loose 3 months disability grant payments. It is enough that new disability cases grants was suspended for months by the government. And now sassa is doing the same. If I don't get my disability grant dated from 22july I will be lodging a official complaint by the humanrights commissioner and united nations human rights association if this matter is not resolved immediately. Mrs Payne the manager at Athlone lacks communication skills and speaks to be a person in a rude manner. Sassa does not even know they are infringing disable disability rights and human rights. If I don't get my disability grant sassa will surely pay the price for *******ion, and infringing my disability rights and human rights.
