Poor service / Decision making

Disability grant declined today, received sassa for last 2 or more years, I have two slipped disc in my spine, epileptic for twenty years, diabetic for 8 years.

Please get your stuff right as epilepsy is a mental disability..

I want my application reviewed and sorted out.
