POOR SERVICE AT ROODEPOORT SASSA

Good morning Im at Sassa Roodepoort waiting on a long line we have been coming to this branch more than 3 days now. On Tuesday and Wednesday we are turned back due the workers saying they have reached their target. Some people don't even have money to come back, we stand for 7:00am - 15:00 hours without any assistance. This is soon frastrating heartbreaking. The manager name Brenda yesterday one lady came in at about 13:00 she passed everyone went forward, then she threw tantrams and called her husband who is a traffic office because she took a video she was told to remove it in exchange of being assisted she was assisted which I feel it was fair for everyone. The manager by the name of Brenda is also not friendly and helpful at all, together with her staff and they rude where one of the guy said they can take him a Picture he is not scared of anyone. By the way even security guards are run one of them said to an innocent old man who wanted a rest room that is he there for rest room or want assistant
