Poor Service at Bizana Branch particular

I would like to lay down a complaint regarding SASSA Branch in Bizana, poor service, long queues, people aren't getting assistance. Community comes from far rural locations to get service but nothing is being done. Can please get ahead of the department to assist urgently on this matter, to get employees to do the needful, work they are hired to do, please.
