Poor service and they don’t care about sick old people

My mom was at the Athlone offices on the 02/06/2022 for the 2nd time after she waited for more than 11 hours they told her she need to go to Gugulethu offices today she was at Gugulethu offices I paid someone to queue for her at 03:00 am they told her that Athlone offices never sent her staff to them so she can’t be assisted. Old lady who is sick they are sending her from pillar to post please I need assistance urgently her ID number ***
