Poor service

I've been waiting for my R350 since last year after I was wrongfully declined, I cannot appeal the decision on the website and I have never been given a reason as to why my application went from approve without pay dates to referred without an explanation, I have again app**** this year and again I'm been declined for having an alternative source of income of which I don't
