Poor service

<p>It is with great disappointment to experience such pathetic service from our government offices. To get serviced you are given bad attitude by the stuff. The one employee left us sitting in queues and told us she was going on lunch. Shouldn't there be anyone to continue working whilst the other goes to lunch. Worst of all the other two staff members they matching slow into the building carrying bags from doing shopping. This is utterly demoralizing. I think they should bring back the old systems whereby they sign in and out when the go in and out of their work station. We could do with some better service here. This is just not on. What about old sickly people having to sit long in queues before they can be serviced. We are tired of people looking for jobs, when they are appointed to work, they do the opposite. Also cleanliness is important. This is just too bad management practice. Sassa you could do far better than this, stop making the poor citizens incarcerated. Treat us with dignity and apply the batho pele principle. </p>
