Poor service

my dad has app**** for caregiver grant in july/august 2018. he has done all the p procedures but still has notrecieved the grant. he is current disabled and cannot keep going to sassa stanger as it is difficult transporting him in a vehicle. also with the new sassa cards he cannot take his full old age grant out .please help.
