Poor service

Yesterday i went to sassa office around pretoria in mathibestad.i arrived the at 7:55 i was the day before so the guy whi help me told to come straight to him he assisted me problem was he was so rude i diddnt like the way he spoke to me and while he was helping me they call all staff members to a meeting it took about a hour and they never bothered to inform us that they are going to a meeting we just waited till when the meeting was over the guy did not apologies for leaving sitting in the chair for an hour worse part while helping me he was busy gossiping with a co-worker in front of me and i just keep quite be patient because i needed help and had to finish around 11am am dissapointed in service how they treat us
