Poor Registration system for SASSA unemployment grant

I have been trying to re-apply for an unemployment grant with no luck. The system is use is poor and keeps sending invalid pins. SASSA needs to correct the system ASAP. I believe the is a company appointed to run these application system. can they please be paid for a system that works.
