Poor help

<p>We are ladies in need of a financial grant for our kids. We are at the Benoni Branch and have been waiting for over 5 hours now. Since we have been here in the morning and they only take 10 people in every 2 hours. I am highly dissapointed and frustrated with what is happening here. We can't be coming every single day with money we don't have that should have been used to buy bread at home insead. Workers come in and out of the building and no-one even tells us what is happening so there is a very poor customer service.</p>
