Poor customer service

Today went to Sassa offices in Alexandra we had to stand in a line for hours and we i was about o get inside the security was rude and they only had 2 people working only 2 while they have more than 30 stations.

What is annoying is that their were older people and disabled people who would not stand on their feet for a long time but they seen not to care,our government workers are failing us
