Poor Customer Service by SASSA IN KHAYELITSHA

Bad service ever with Sassa Khayelitsha people have been struggling to re-apply for grants since beginning of April will todate. They have this tendency or returning applicants giving them dates after another and these dates are not less than a month waiting period. People who went to submit today 12th august were given 12th & 13September to return there's adults, sick and disabled people who rely on those grants for survival. It's even wc on Fridays other Friday while they were still in the mall they did not attend enough people bcs they had a farewell for a colleague. Other time people came from Isivivana Centre came to speak to their management to complaint about the poor serving to applicants feeling sorry for applicants. 5th August they closed offices claiming they had a big meeting people should come the following week now same people are sent back and those with dates were told to ignore and use the new dates I mean till when. SA Gov please place people that are willing to render a service to voters not your families that are looking down on same people whos families have taxpayers paying those public officials to fail their relatives with poor service its just not on this have been going on far too long.
