POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

COMPLAINT:,I am very disappointed with the service that I got at Sassa in Maponya mall,I arrived at approximately 10h02am and only got assistance at approximately 14h00pm I got there and was number 13 and followed the que up until I was the 3rd in line,next thing a worker from Sassa by the name of NELLY ZITHA decided to take people from behind and those people got attended before us and left us there......When we asked NELLY ZITHA about that, she got very rude and said that we must mind our business and that SHE knows what SHE'S doing and that that's how they work.....Senior people were sitting there since the time i had arrived up until some of us started to complain and we forced that they get help before us,cause honestly what was happening made no sense,I laid a complained with a lady in cubic 17,forgot her name and she took down my name and number and said they would call, till today no call this happened on Friday 16 2024....
