Please assist!!!

I app**** for the R350 grant since I'm unemployed but everyday I must request for identity verification and Sassa is supposed to send an sms for me to complete the verification but I never received the sms and it's been going on since last year. What's more frustrating is when they eventually fix my verification I won't receive all the months R350s for the time I'm waiting for the sms. And going to the SASSA offices is another nightmare!!!
