PENSIONERS TAKEN FOR GRANTED...... WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD SERVICE DELIVERY???

I am writing this on behalf of my father who is a pensioner who receives social grant from the government and for the past 2 years he receives his money with R 1100 less and when he visited SASSA offices in Vereeniging Town he was advised that the debit has been cancelled only to realise the next month that the transaction has not been deleted but increases. We have been calling all the numbers provided to enquire. The matter was handled by Legal aid but with no luck. We have been promised a solution but there's no solution at all . The most interesting issue is that when the slip was printed they say he has loans from companies. They themselves don't know the company they are paying this money to :(
