Pension not received for 3 months

My grandmother has not received her pension money for over 3 months . The first time she went to SASSA they said the problem is with the bank (ABSA) , she went to the bank and they fixed the “problem “ . She didn’t get paid in May and June but surprisingly got paid in July(for the month of July only ) and not for the previous months that she wasn’t paid & didn’t get paid for August. This is an inconvenience because she has to use money to go to SASSA and when she gets there they say she has been paid . She has dependents and this is not fair at all , are we now supposed to go to bed hungry because of SASSA’s Negligence . She has been doing ups and downs going to the SASSA in hamanskraal but get told the same thing all the time . We don’t know what to do now !
